Bella -Desexed and Vaccinated -On Hold

big, beautiful bella was surrendered after her elderly owner found she couldn't look after her any longer. She was referred on to our shelter by the pound. Originally bella had been bought for the old lady by her granddaughter, and was said to be a dwarf. However bella kept getting bigger and bigger (and we're not only talking about in length, but in width too!). No doubt the cookies and liquorice did not help her waistline. Upon arrival to the shelter, bella weighed 5. 12kg. Her obese state impacts her health and wellbeing, as she is not able to turn around or groom herself properly. However with her new diet and exercise regime, bella is truely bouncing back into shape!

bella has a wonderful personality and is a confident and friendly girl with lots of love to give. Bella's new home will need to continue her on the road to recovery, and follow strict guidelines (-no giving in with any fatty treats!).
