Ruby

Ruby is a 6 year old mini smooth who has been in foster care for some weeks. During this time she has lost weight and as a result has become a much more active and inquisitive dachshund. Ruby is extremely sociable and is living with 2 baby lambs, a couple of free range chooks and is mixing with 5 cats, a wolfhound and staffy. She has no separation issues so is happy to be left on her own, doesn't chew although she will bark when people come onto her territory. However, she is an intelligent dachshund who responds well to commands and because she is self assured she will require a firm hand from experienced owners who know not to let the dachshund be your boss. Ruby has also been around young children with no evidence of being agressive or perturbed. She is healthy, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped
