Fitz

If you're cheerful, outgoing, energetic and friendly, well, you're just like fitz and might be a good match for him. He's only as tall as a kelpie, but with the coat of a german shepherd. As a mixture of two very intelligent breeds he's a clever, very interactive dog who enjoys being with you and is really eager to please. He walks well on a lead, knows how to sit, isn't a barker, digger or escaper and is all round a happy, friendly, well mannered dog. He will respond particularly well to obedience training and if you're interested in any of the dog sports would make a terrific partner. Fitz is social with other dogs and safe with cats. He also seems to be house-trained. He will need regular exercise, so will suit an active family who enjoy outdoor activities, but he's also happy to just keep you company inside. ***please make sure you read the next section about applying to adopt***
