She likes to carry a toy around with her and will bring it to you and sit on your lap. She's wonderful with other dogs and very affectionate towards people. . . Cookie has been blossoming in foster care and is enjoying lots of gentle tlc. Her favourite activity is playing with her new friend sophie , a moodle, who is also available for adoption http://www. Petrescue. Com. Au/view/124415. Cookie would love to have a doggy companion in her forever home. . . Cookie uses a harness for walking and is well behaved on the lead and just loves getting out and about. She enjoys adventures in the car too. She very rarely barks except to ask to come inside. Cookie is housetrained and is learning how to use a doggy door. She doesn't misbehave when left at home but will need lots of love and attention when you are home. She is an inside dog and must be allowed inside when people are home and needs to sleep inside. . . Cookie has a non-shedding coat which means she won't drop hair around your home but she will need bathing every month and clipping every couple of months (which costs about $50). If you keep her coat long (maybe during winter) it will need combing every day or two, but if you keep her coat short (best in summer) then it'll be easier for you to look after. You should be prepared for this and be able to maintain her coat if you want a non-shedding dog. . . Cookie is waiting to begin a new live in her forever home. . . *** please see more photos of cookie at http://tinyurl.
