Sophie (On Trial)

On trial in a new home 16/10. Please consider our other dogs at www. Dogrescuenewcastle. Com. Au particularly jade and sammy. . . Sophie is a 3yo year old poodle cross, very sociable, loves people and other dogs. Likes to sit on your lap and to be near you as much as possible. Loves walks and rides in the car. . . Sophie is housetrained and can use a doggy door. She's great with other dogs. She doesn't fret when left at home but will need lots of love and attention when you are home. She is an inside dog and must be allowed inside when people are home and especially to sleep inside. . . Sophie was skinny and afraid when she came into foster carer but it didn't take her long to relax and she is now enjoying her new lease on life while waiting for her forever home. She enjoys other small dogs and would be happy to have a doggy companion in her forever home, or would be fine as an only dog too. . . Sophie has a non-shedding coat which means she won't drop hair around your home but she will need bathing every month and clipping every couple of months (which costs about $50). If you keep her coat long (maybe during winter) it will need combing every day or two, but if you keep her coat short (best in summer) then it'll be easier for you to look after. You should be prepared for this and be willing to maintain her coat if you want a poodle. . . She's a very beautiful and precious young girl and will bring a lot happiness and devotion to her new home. . . *** please see more photos of sophie at http://tinyurl.
