what she loves: ness is an older girl who loves being patted. She'll come up beside you and gently butt you with her head for attention. She loves pats kisses and tummy rubs. Ness loves being groomed and patted so much that her purr quickly kicks in and she dribbles a little with delight.

ness is an explorer cat. She'll gradually investigate every area of the house and when she finds a comfortable spot it's 'chill out' time. She'll generally play under the cover of darkness. When you wake up in the morning you'll find her toys moved about and things not quite where they were when you went to bed.

how she looks: ness has beautiful tabby markings made up of browns greys and whites. She has the finest softest fur a gorgeous pink nose and big golden eyes.

who she gets on well with: ness definitely gets on with other cats. She's been very outgoing with her foster carer's cats and is actually a bit of a 'show off' in front of them.

who or what she doesn't get on well with: ness isn't a fan of loud voices or fast movements. Especially in the beginning you will have to go 'slowly slowly' with her. She isn't the sort of cat that goes well with young children and dogs. As affectionate as ness is it's all about the pats - picking her up for a cuddle or pulling her onto your lap just isn't her cup of tea.

her special needs: ness has no top teeth so she'll need softened foods (tin food is her favourite). She will take time to settle into her new home and lots of patience and maybe a room of her own to retreat to will certainly help. Win her over with a soft voice and lots of patting and this beautiful girl will melt your heart.

what makes her so special: ness is too old to climb your curtains but young enough to climb into your heart. Her airy meows and cheeky chirrups will make you smile and her pat-seeking affections will keep you totally besotted.
