About Coco and Amber -On Trial in Their New Home!
Coco (the cream) and amber (the black) have been together most of their lives, and as such are looking for a forever home together. The girls are simply delightful and while they have different personalities, they complement each other so very well and will make a fantastic addition to the right home. Coco and amber both love going for walks and while the can be a bit excited initially, they settle quickly and walk well on lead as well as playing very well at off lead parks. Both girls are well behaved in the car and sit quietly. They are used to being bathed and groomed and are very well behaved with this too. The girls are house trained in as far as they will alert if they need to go outside and will hold on over night, but do need regular trips outside during the day to reinforce their toilet training. Coco and amber are fantastic with other dogs, but can get a bit over excited with cats, so would prefer a cat free home. The girls would thrive in a family environment with children over toddler age, as they may be too playful for very young children, but they love kids and love attention. They both consider themselves lap dogs and will take all the cuddles they can get! the girls would also be suited to an active retired or semi retired couple who can give them lots of love and attention. Coco loves soft toys and will wander around with one in her mouth all day, while amber likes to 'borrow' shoes to adorn her bed with, but she doesn't chew or destroy them, she just likes collecting them!
both girls are typical cheeky cockers though amber is a bit more clingy, while coco is a bit more independent. If you think these gorgeous girls would make a wonderful addition to your family, please email for an adoption questionnaire
Medical notes
Coco and amber go to their new home desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and flea and worm treated. Coco had surgery as a pup to treat cherry eye and while her eyes are still a bit 'droopy', her most recent vet check confirmed that no further surgery should be required, though if she spends a lot of time in the wind, her eyes may need lubricating. Coco has also had a mast cell tumor removed since being in care and has since been given a clear bill of health
