Are you looking for a dog who will love you unconditionally, follow you everywhere and make sure you NEVER feel lonely again? Well, congratulations… PJ has been waiting for you! This gorgeous boy has the sweetest personality and absolutely ADORES his humans. Personal space? Never heard of it! Walkies? YES PLEASE! PJ walks beautifully on a lead and loves getting out and about. Car rides? Shotgun! PJ is always ready to jump in and be your trusty co-pilot. Where are we going? Doesn't matter, as long as he's invited! People? OBSESSED! PJ loves everyone and would happily spend 24 hours a day being your best mate. Other dogs? Gets along well with his furry friends. Cats? Jury's still out on that one! Food? PJ isn't fussy. If it's edible, he's interested! Home alone? Ahhh… now here's where PJ needs a little understanding. PJ has some separation anxiety. When you leave, he likes to announce your departure to the entire neighbourhood. He'll bark until your car disappears, and visitors get the same enthusiastic farewell! He's not being naughty. He just loves his people so much that being left behind is genuinely stressful for him. He needs someone patient who can help him feel safe and secure. Secure yard? Absolutely! PJ needs a home with good, secure fencing to keep him safe and sound. Lawnmowers, whipper snippers and motorbikes? Absolutely unacceptable, according to PJ! He's not a fan of loud machinery and will happily lodge a formal barking complaint! PJ'S DREAM HOME? A retired couple, someone who works from home, or perhaps a traveller looking for a four-legged co-pilot! Basically, someone who wants a constant companion and can give PJ the time, reassurance and love he craves. PJ isn't looking for a backyard to live in. He's looking for a human to do life with. He might come with a few quirks, but underneath them all is the most beautiful, affectionate boy who simply wants to love and be loved. A Few Important Things to Know
• Interstate adoption is available at the adopter's expense. Please contact us for a transport quote. Puppies under 12 weeks of age are unable to fly and will remain in foster care until they have completed their veterinary work and are old enough to travel.
• Breed and adult size: As a rescue organisation, we cannot always guarantee a dog's breed mix or their expected adult size.
• Medical conditions: Any known medical conditions or ongoing care requirements will always be clearly outlined in the dog's adoption profile.
• Veterinary care: All puppies and dogs are adopted with proof of their completed veterinary work.
• Making an enquiry: When submitting an enquiry, please include a little information about yourself, your location, and your contact details. This allows us to pass your enquiry on to the foster carer, who will contact you if they believe the dog may be a suitable match.
• If you are renting: Please include a copy of your current lease agreement or written approval from your landlord confirming that pets are permitted at the property. This will assist us in processing your application.

Contact our friendly team for more information on the pets you would like to find out more about or to arrange a meet & greet with the animal and the foster carer.
Meet the animal and chat to the foster carer to make sure this animal is the right one for you, your home, family and circumstances.
We recommend you have a chat as a family and a think, make sure everyone is on board and happy with the choice to add the animal to your family.
Contact the team to advise your decision either way....if this one isn't the right fit we will work with you to try and find the best match.
If this is the one, we can start the adoption process. Complete the application to adopt and promptly return the application. A home/yard check may be required by one of our team members, if this is not possible photos showing fenced and undercover areas will be required. Once application is approved, you will be invoiced. Pay the adoption fees via electronic transfer, send proof of payment to admin.
We will advise the you and foster carer the animal is clear to leave and you can arrange collection of your newest family member.
*We do have a "cooling off" period please see these terms on adoption application form.
Please note; We do offer interstate adoptions where suitable for the animal in care. All transport costs are at the adopters expense. However we will, where possible, assist with airport transfers. In liu of a meet and greet interstate adopters must have a phone interview/conversation with the foster carer. Yard/Home photos will be required with all interstate applications.
