About Sylvester
Meet Sylvester! He's a sweet but shy little guy who needs a little encouragement to come out of his shell. While he is shy at first, Sylvester forms a deep bond with patient and understanding people who let him settle at his own pace.
Sylvester will thrive with a safe room during his first few weeks, complete with cosy hiding places, a scratching post, and lots of toys. Sylvester's ideal home is one with adults only (or cat-savvy teenagers) though may be able to live with respectful older children. A quiet home with predictable routines for feeding, rest, and gentle interactions will help him feel more secure.
He enjoys calm companionship and may appreciate gentle brushing with positive reinforcements. Come meet this sweet boy, Sylvester!
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Burwood East site, adoption hours are 10am – 4pm. Walk-ins are welcome, and you can freely walk through our dog, cat and small animal adoption areas.
