About Zelda
Zelda is an absolute delight. Initially she is very shy but given only a little time her confidence grows and her deeply affectionate nature shines through. Zelda is an enthusiastic smoocher and likes to have lots of connection time with her people. Ideally, she does need a friendly cat companion. She is used to cat-friendly dogs and needs to be an inside only cat, unless she has access to an outdoor cat enclosure. Zelda is litter trained.
Zelda requires the following in her new home.
- Plenty of human interaction,
- To be kept as an inside only cat unless she has access to a safe outdoor cat enclosure.
- Another desexed cat living in the home that isn't a senior.
- Cat toys, scratching poles and cat trees etc.

Adoption details
Please note- we do not work on a first in best dressed basis. We assess all applications to choose the home that we believe will best match the animals needs.
If you believe one of our animals would be a good match for your home, please send us a detailed email with some information about the people and any other animals in your home, as well as the type of lifestyle you can offer a new rescue pet.
We are volunteers who run the rescue around families, paid employment and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require you to travel to meet the animal you are looking to adopt. For dog adoptions, any other dogs in your home must attend the meet and greet, this enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
We reserve the right to refuse the adoption if we don't believe it's a good match for our animals.
All our animals are available for a fully refundable 2 week trial period. If you ever find yourself unable to care for, or keep your pet, please contact us and they will come back into our care, or we will do our best to assist you in finding them a suitable new home, this is a condition that you agree to when signing our Adoption Agreement.
