About Billie
Hi everyone,
My name is Billie. I’m very handsome, I don’t know what that means but all the people I meet on walks keep saying so. They all seem nice and happy when they say it and I get pats, so I guess it’s a good thing.
I love to play with my foster sister but love to shadow my humans more. I’m not really interested in meeting other dogs when we’re out and about as I’m too busy taking in all the smells. I love smells. My foster mum thinks I would be good at scent tracking games.
We go on a walk around the neighbourhood every morning. Its one of my highlights. I have met the neighbourhood kids on our walks, they give good scratches too, as long as they don’t crowd me we get along.
I love to go new places and meet new people. It’s so exciting. But I’m also happy to chill with you at home and sleep on your feet. I can’t let them get cold.
At night I sleep in my crate and on weekends we sleep in.
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day followed by treats, snacks and dinner. I love food. I like to investigate foods not traditionally for dogs as well, like oranges and melon.
When I left the pound I had a lump on my neck, it’s gone now and I’m all healed up so they say its time I found a new home all of my own. I would love to meet any new potential friends so reach out to the nice people here, who will help you coordinate with my foster parents. Maybe you’re my new forever family.
