❤️Beautiful Border Collie Looking for His Forever Home 🐑
**Breed:** Border Collie
**Ideal home:** Farm, acreage or rural property, preferably with opportunities for working and outdoor activities.
This handsome boy is a wonderful example of what makes Border Collies so special. Intelligent, playful, affectionate and naturally gifted at herding, he has an incredible ability with sheep and would make a fantastic companion for someone with a farm or rural property.
He has a lovely personality and genuinely adores people. He is wonderful with families and children, enjoys being involved in everything his humans do and, despite his working-dog instincts, absolutely loves coming inside to lie beside his people and relax.
He has so many wonderful qualities:
- Excellent natural sheep-herding ability.
- Intelligent, energetic and eager to engage.
- Wonderful with families and children.
- Very affectionate and people-oriented.
- Playful and loves being active.
- Walks beautifully on a lead.
- Travels exceptionally well in the car.
- Fully toilet trained.
- Not destructive and doesn't chew household belongings.
- Equally happy enjoying adventures or relaxing beside his favourite people indoors.
Note: He needs to be fed separately to other dogs as he guards his food due to depravation prior to coming into our Rescue.
**His ideal home:**
We genuinely believe this boy would thrive on a farm or rural property where he can put his natural herding instincts and intelligence to good use. He has so much potential as a working companion and deserves an environment where his abilities can be appreciated and developed.
He is not particularly suited to a home with cats, as his herding instincts can lead him to chase them. A cat-free home is essential.
He would suit someone looking for more than just a pet – someone wanting an intelligent, loyal and affectionate companion who can be part of everyday farm life.
He has all the makings of a very special dog. We would love to see him find a home where he can be happy, fulfilled, included and truly belong. ❤️

Our Adoption Process 🐾

We aim to make the adoption process smooth and supportive, while ensuring every pet is placed in a safe, loving home.
1. Application
• Complete our application form in full.

Include photos of your secure fencing, yard, and where the pet will sleep.

We welcome questions via the enquiry button but we can not respond to ‘Statements’ - use the application form instead.
2. Review
• A team member will contact you via email if we require any further information. Please check your spam/junk folder regularly. If your application is shortlisted, we will also contact you by phone to discuss it further.
3. Agreement
• If approved, you’ll receive an adoption agreement to sign and return.
• Proof of address must be provided with your application or at the meet-and-greet.
4. Meet & Greet /
• A meet-and-greet will be arranged if you live in the same state. Otherwise, transport can be organised to your area, where you will have a 14-day trial period.
5. Transport and Date organised
6. Adoption Finalisation
• Once successful, adoption is completed and your new family member officially becomes yours.
