About Lil Ginge
🧡 Meet Lil Ginge (Ginge) – a little lovebug in the making! 🐾
Ginge is a sweet, curious girl with a playful spirit and plenty of love waiting to blossom. She enjoys a good head rub or chin scratch and is always up for a little fun, whether that's bouncing around after toys or getting into a playful wrestle with her sister. 🧡
She's also quite the little observer! Ginge is fascinated by other cats and loves seeing what they're up to. She'd be very happy having a friendly feline companion to follow around, learn from and eventually call her best mate. 🐱
Ginge can be a little shy when meeting new people and will need a quiet, understanding home where she can settle in at her own pace. A home without young children or grabby hands would be ideal, giving her the space and patience she needs to build confidence. But don't let her initial shyness fool you – with time and trust, we think this girl has all the makings of a gorgeous little lovebug. 🥹
And one of Ginge's most adorable quirks? She doesn't really meow! Instead, she and her sister communicate through the tiniest little chirps, chattering away to each other like budgies as they go about their day. It's honestly the sweetest sound! 🎶
If you have a calm home, a little patience and plenty of love to give, Ginge could be the most rewarding little companion. Give her the time to find her feet, and let her show you just how special she is. 🧡
Our adoptable cats are indoor-only to keep them safe, healthy and happy. We ask all adopters to provide a secure indoor home where their new companion can thrive.
For all cats under 12 months old, Rocky Roads Rescue has a strict, no single kittens adoption policy. Solo adoptions will only be permitted if specified in the cat's profile.

Rocky Roads is run completely by volunteers - as such sometimes we do not have the capacity to reply to every single application that comes through.
We understand that this may not be the best experience but we are working hard to ensure the people who give up their valuable time and lives to support the animals in our care are able to look after themselves and their families too.
Without them, there is no Rocky Roads Rescue.
We appreciate your understanding.

Please note that at Rocky Roads Rescue, we believe every kitten deserves the joy of companionship. To support their well-being and happiness, we generally do not adopt out single kittens. We encourage you to explore the concept of ‘single kitten syndrome’ to understand why having a furry friend is so important. Your new family member will thrive best with a feline buddy or a cat-friendly dog to share playtime and cuddles. However, on occasion, if a cats’s personality shows they prefer to be on their own, we may consider adopting them solo—this will be clearly specified in their adoption profile.
Thank you for helping us give these kittens the loving, social homes they deserve!
