About Lilly SUA015839
Meet Lilly, a stunning Torti lady with beautiful looks and a personality that is all her own! This gorgeous young senior is looking for a peaceful retirement home where life is wonderfully predictable, the days are calm and each day is much the same as the last. Lilly is a creature of habit who finds comfort in familiar surroundings and a consistent routine. Change isn't really her thing, and she would much prefer a quiet, relaxed lifestyle without too much hustle and bustle.
Lilly can be a little unsure when meeting new people or finding herself in unfamiliar surroundings, so she will need plenty of time, patience and understanding to settle into her forever home. She isn't one to rush into new friendships, preferring to take her time getting to know you and deciding when she's ready to show her true personality. The secret to winning Lilly's heart is allowing her to do things at her own pace, without pressure or expectations.
If you're looking for a lovely mature companion and have the patience to let a friendship blossom naturally, Lilly could be your perfect match. Sometimes the most rewarding relationships are the ones that take a little time to grow!

Adoption details
Simply note the ID number and the cats name and visit our hostel at 200 Elder Street in Greensborough. Alternatively you can call the hostel on 8457 6500. We are currently open Mon-Fri 10am-4pm / Sat-Sun 10am-3pm.
You should bring proof of your current address and preferably photo identification such as your driving license. You can only adopt a cat for yourself we do not allow animals to leave with third parties. If you are wishing to adopt a cat as a present for someone, bring them with you as cats are individuals and bond with different people in different ways, the cat you may choose, may not choose your friend! It is also important to allocate time for adoption and we recommend you allow at least a couple of hours to get to know the cat and do the necessary paperwork.
When you visit you will get to meet the cat and as this is a very important decision for both you and the cat you choose we will want to ensure the two of you are compatible and that you understand what will be involved in taking the cat into your home.
We will want to be satisfied that you are prepared to be a responsible pet owner. Responsible pet owners at the most basic level, have their pets registered, micro-chipped and de-sexed unless they are registered breeders. They also understand the issues involved in being able to properly care and take responsibility for the welfare of their pets. Most Councils in Victoria have limits on the numbers of cats you may own without a permit. It is important to check with your Council if you already own the limit and obtain a permit for the extra cat before adoption. We will require to see your permit.
We will answer any questions you have regarding cat care and help you to obtain any support you may need.
