Meet Farida – A very fun loving gal🐾

Farida is a cattle dog x Staffy. She is an inquisitive, happy, go lucky puppy, very affectionate and loves cuddles.

Farida is now looking to be adopted into her forever home, She has been with us as her foster carers for a short period of time but has settled in amazingly well.

Being a puppy she loves stimulation but also likes her quiet time.

Farida has shown no sign of anxiety and is crate trained. She will take a few minutes to settle and then will sleep through the night.

Farida has been happily living with our mature male American Bulldog. Being a puppy she does become a little excited during play but is learning quickly to calm down when instructed with clear boundaries being set.

Farida walks extremely well on the lead with little to no pulling. She has been tried on a 20m lead and will come back on command provided treats are available. A little more training and I see no issues with her walking off lead. She travels extremely well in the car and we witnessed no issues.

Farida is extremely responsive to food/treats and is already able to sit, lay down and give you her paw. We believe she will be extremely easy to train based on the improvements we have seen in the last 2 weeks.

She is toilet trained with only the odd accident when she first arrived.

Farida is a clever girl and will respond easily to further training. She will make a great companion on walks, will be able to share her home with another dog if required while enjoying those quiet moments of relaxation. She just needs that opportunity to be loved and will return that favour without hesitation making a fantastic family pet.
