Meet Penny, a 10-month-old sweetheart who is looking for a little extra love, patience and reassurance to help her find her confidence.

Penny can be a bit of a worrier, so she’ll need a calm, understanding home where she has plenty of cosy hidey holes to retreat to whenever the world feels a little overwhelming. She would love a family who are home more often than not, as having her people nearby to offer encouragement and reassurance will help her learn that the world isn’t such a scary place.

Once Penny feels safe and settled, her sweet personality really starts to shine. She enjoys gentle pats and can be encouraged to come out of her shell with a little playtime and her favourite toys.

Penny may be able to share her home with another gentle, easygoing cat, but boisterous feline friends can be a little too much for her.

She’ll be best suited to an adult-only home where things are relatively quiet and predictable, as loud noises and busy environments can make her feel worried.
