About Lilly
Lilly loves to be where her human is. Wherever you are, she can found nearby, playing, snoozing, or on your lap for cuddles.
She's a fan of the quiet life. She's not big on noisy things like vacuum cleaners, or loud children, so a quieter home would probably suit her better.
She loves to snuggle up with her foster mum in bed, and is an excellent work from home buddy. While she can be a bit shy with strangers sometimes, once she knows and loves you, she is super friendly! She always greets her foster mum at the door when she comes home.
Lilly is fostered in a home with both her siblings and other cats, and she's absolutely fine with the other cats. She's never met a dog, but we think she'd be fine with a calm friendly pooch.
She's such a sweet little girl, you can't help but love her!

ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
