Duffy and Iva

Duffy and Iva are brother and sister, born to a bunny named Tegan, who was dumped pregnant into bushland at the beginning of this year. Duffy and Iva came to our shelter when they were newborns, on the 18th January 2026. Duffy was the runt of the litter, and needed some help to survive. He grew into the friendliest of the babies, often giving licks and wanting pats. Ivy was always the biggest baby, very greedy for milk. She also learnt to trust people, and is super friendly. These bunnies were adopted into a wonderful home earlier this year, where they have continued to be spoilt and loved. Their parents adore them, but allergies led to the heartbreaking decision to return them to the shelter.

Duffy and Iva have settled back well, and have such lovely personalities. They have always known love and respect. They’d continue to do well in a home where they are indoors and part of the family. They are such a lovely pair!
