About Violet
Meet Violet.
If you're looking for a kitten who lives life at full speed, three-month-old Violet may just be your perfect match!
This gorgeous little fluffball has a personality far bigger than her tiny body. She is equal parts sass, sweetness and comedy, with endless curiosity and a love for all things fun. There is never a dull moment when Violet is around. Violet wakes up every morning ready for her next adventure. Whether she's racing around the house, zooming on her cat wheel, batting balls across the floor or chasing anything adorned with feathers or bells, she throws her whole heart into playtime. She is incredibly athletic, energetic and entertaining to watch, often playing until she's completely exhausted before collapsing into a well-earned nap.
One of Violet's favourite things is having an older cat to follow around. She adores feline company, loves joining in games and will cheekily play with her furry friends whenever the opportunity arises. She will thrive in a home with a confident, lively resident cat who would enjoy having a little sidekick.
Beneath all her energy and mischief, Violet has an incredibly gentle soul. She is a friendly, happy and confident little girl who isn't easily fazed by new people, unfamiliar situations or even dogs. While she often feels there simply aren't enough hours in the day for both adventures and cuddles, she's beginning to discover the joys of pats, affection and spending quality time with her people. Her affectionate side is blossoming, and we can't wait to see the little cuddle bug she becomes.
Violet is looking for a loving home with a playful feline companion and a family who can embrace her adventurous spirit, provide plenty of enrichment and keep her busy little mind entertained. An adult-only home would be ideal, although a home with cat-savvy children over 11, may also be considered. In return, she'll bring endless laughter, delightful mischief, plenty of love and the joy that only a kitten with a truly larger-than-life personality can offer.
Could Violet be the playful little shadow your home is missing?

Adoption Process and Guidelines
By adopting an animal, you are offering a homeless animal the opportunity for happiness and a forever family. We appreciate your interest in giving a homeless animal a second chance.
Important Information Before You Apply:
• We operate from a private residence located in Bendigo, Central Victoria.
• If you cannot proceed with the adoption within one week of submitting your application, we kindly request that you wait to apply until you are fully ready.
• Most of our communication is conducted via email. As our administration is managed by a single volunteer, we are unable to handle phone enquiries. If you do not respond to our emails or messages within 24 hours, we will move on to the next applicant. Please check your spam or junk email folder regularly to ensure you do not miss our correspondence.
Application Process:
Before completing the application form, please be aware of the following:
Interest expressed through PetRescue enquiries or other platforms, including email, does not constitute a formal application. Our application forms are specifically structured to allow us to assess each applicant fairly and efficiently against our criteria. To apply, please complete the relevant form linked in each animal's profile, providing as much detail as possible. This helps us understand the life you are offering to the pet. If your application is successful, we will contact you by email to arrange a meet and greet.
What Happens After Your Application:
• If the meet and greet goes well, you will be invited to proceed with the adoption, complete the necessary paperwork and pay the adoption fee.
• We offer a trial period to ensure both you and the animal are a good match. If the animal is returned during this trial, you will receive a refund in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the Adoption Agreement signed at the time of adoption.
• Even after the trial period, we remain dedicated to supporting your pet throughout its life. If your circumstances change and you need to return your pet—no matter how much time has passed—please reach out to us for assistance.
