About Brooklyn
Brooklyn
If you're looking for a cat who thinks affection is a full-time job, Brooklyn may just be your perfect match. This sweet young tortoiseshell girl adores being close to her people and is never one to turn down a good pat. In fact, she'll happily soak up all the attention you're willing to offer and then come back for a little more.
One of Brooklyn's favourite pastimes is being carried around so she can survey her kingdom from a higher vantage point. Whether she's perched in your arms supervising household activities or taking in the view from your shoulder, she's always keen to be part of whatever you're doing.
With her gentle nature and loving personality, Brooklyn is ready to bring warmth, companionship, and plenty of tortie charm to her forever home. If you'd love a loyal little shadow who enjoys affection and seeing the world from above, Brooklyn is waiting to meet you. 🧡🖤

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
