Basil

🖤🐾 Bold Bachelor Basil 🐾🖤

Are you looking to meet a charming, handsome bachelor? Basil is the boy you’ve been waiting for!

Basil has undergone quite the glow-up. He came into care from a regional pound after a rough time living on the streets. He was looking worse for wear, with a few scars on his nose, patches of missing fur and heavy matting. After a few weeks of love, care, vet treatment and a handsome lion cut, Basil has undergone a reality TV-worthy transformation into a heartthrob! ✨

He still has a little of that rugged country charm, but he’s coming out of his shell and showing just how smoochy and loving he is underneath. He has recently discovered the joy of head smooches and follows his foster carer around like an adoring little shadow. Basil is also a bit of a goth at heart, with a black lower lip, eyeliner on one eye and a fringe falling over the other. 🖤

🐈 A mate to wrestle with

Basil is a bit of a boys’ boy and loves hanging out and playing rough-and-tumble with his foster brothers. He would love a home with a friendly, desexed male cat of a similar size who can match his energy and wrestle with confidence.

Once Basil feels comfortable and confident in his new home, he’ll snuggle up beside you while you watch your favourite show and happily make biscuits on a comfy blanket. 🛋️ He’s gradually getting used to being picked up and will likely become more comfortable with gentle encouragement, positive reinforcement and a few tasty treats.

🏡 Basil’s ideal home

Basil could fit into many different households, including families with teenagers or cat-savvy older children, singles or couples. He’s looking for someone who recognises that he’s still on his journey and learning how to be a pampered household companion. A little patience and understanding will help this gorgeous boy continue to blossom. 💕

🔒 Basil must live indoors only, unless you had a secure outdoor cat enclosure.

Could you be the special person to give this charming bachelor his forever home? 🐾
