About Bobby Champers
Bobby Champers knows exactly what he wants out of life: good food, good company and as much time with his favourite humans and feline friends as possible! Sadly, Bobby wasn't always so lucky. He was previously owned but was left behind to fend for himself when his family moved away. He was undesexed and had received no veterinary care, so this lovely boy had quite a rough start before finding his way to safety. While living on his own, Bobby contracted Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), but that certainly hasn't stopped him from being the happy, affectionate and thoroughly entertaining boy he is today.
At approximately two and a half years old, Bobby is a handsome young man with a wonderfully placid nature and a playful streak. He's a greedy doofus in the very best possible way, loves everybody and everything, and is happiest when he's surrounded by company. Bobby is affectionate, sociable and wonderfully easygoing, with a personality that makes him a fabulous companion.
Bobby would be an excellent addition to a home where people are around to keep him company, or where he has friendly feline companions to share his days with. He absolutely loves other cats and would make a wonderful friend for an existing feline resident. His compatibility with dogs is unknown, so any introductions would need to be approached carefully. Bobby would suit someone looking for a loving, sociable cat who genuinely enjoys being part of the family.
This boy may be placid, but don't mistake that for a lack of enthusiasm when playtime is on offer! Bobby has standards, and only the best fishing rod toys will do. He loves a good play session almost as much as he loves food, cuddles and spending time with his favourite people and cats. Bobby is FIV-positive, which means his immune system may be less able to fight off infections, so he'll need a caring family who understands his condition and keeps up with routine veterinary care. FIV is not a reason to overlook this wonderful boy. FIV-positive cats can live happy, comfortable lives with other cats, provided they are compatible and introductions are managed appropriately. Bobby is looking for a home where he can be loved, included and appreciated for the affectionate, playful companion he is. If you have room in your home for a greedy, goofy gentleman with a heart of gold, Bobby Champers could be your perfect match! Submit an application now and find out!
