About Mila
Introducing Mila - a red and tan kelpie girl who is ready to smother you in love!
Mila enjoys the company of other dogs, particularly playing with younger doggy pals and especially when she gets to be the boss. She doesn't mind a car trip and loves going on walks and adventures around the farm, including playing in the dam. She doesn't stray far, has good reacll and will check back in with her people regularly. Actually, people are the best thing in the world if you ask Mila! She lives for her humans, and just wants to be with her family.
Mila walks well on lead, knows how to sit and will wait for her food. Stay remains a work in progress! Being a young lass, she still gets excited and can be a bit jumpy, but she is readily corrected.
Mila is looking for acreage or a farm where she can potter around with her humans. She has met kids under supervision and was fine with them, and ignores the free range chickens. She doesn't like being alone and so needs a secure area, as well as space to run. Mila has recently lost an eye to an incident with a horse, so no horses please. She would also thrive with another dog to help her navigate her new one-eyed perspective on the world.

You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
