Hello, darlings! My name is Emily, and while I may be a lady of a certain age, I can assure you that my golden years are going to be my BEST years yet!

Nature
I was found homeless and all alone, and how a gorgeous, distinguished lady like myself ended up without a family is anyone’s guess! However, I’ve decided not to dwell on the past because I have far too much love left to give and am determined to find someone worthy of receiving it.

They say you can’t teach an old cat new tricks, but why would you need to when I’m already this fabulous?

I’m a super confident, incredibly smoochy senior sweetheart who absolutely ADORES people! I’m not one to play hard to get, so if you’ve got hands, I expect them to be put to good use giving me all the pats and affection I deserve.

And speaking of pats, have I mentioned my signature move? The moment you start scratching my back, my bottom goes UP! And I don’t mean a little, polite lift. Oh no, darling! I stick my booty so ridiculously high in the air that I occasionally lose my balance and topple right over!

Graceful? Absolutely not. Hilarious? Apparently. Worth it? EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
What can I say? When the pats are that good, a lady simply loses all composure!
Despite everything I’ve been through, I haven’t lost an ounce of my confidence or affection. I’m just a happy, loving girl who wants to spend the rest of my days being adored.

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I currently live with a toddler, whom I tolerate and am very gentle with, but I think I would much prefer a home without young children if that’s an option. I am an older gal, after all!

I can take or leave other pets. I get along great with the cats and dogs in my foster home, but I’d also be happy to be your only feline friend. My only request is that I’m kept indoors.

Likes / Dislikes
Likes: Pats, smooches, attention, showing off my fabulous backside, and making people laugh with my rather questionable balancing skills.

Dislikes: Being without a family to call my own. I’ve done enough of that for one lifetime!

My PURR-fect home would be somewhere warm, safe and full of love, with humans who understand that senior cats have just as much affection to give as the youngsters. I don’t need anything fancy, darling, just a comfy place to rest, plenty of hands to pat me, and someone who will love me for the rest of my days. I’ve spent part of my life with nobody to call my own, and I think it’s about time that changed.
