Meet Polly. She and her sister "Anna" have just arrived into ark's care and are feeling very hopeful for their bright future's ahead. One might say they are being "Pollyanna's" about the next chapter in their lives.
While both girls have just arrived from the pound we know that they are both timid and shy but young and willing to learn. Given their breed of border collie we know that they will be very trainable and due to their young age highly adaptable.
🏡 POLLY's IDEAL HOME
She will need secure fencing, plenty of companionship, opportunities for play and exercise, and a family committed to her training and socialisation.
Polly's new family will need to be willing to let her settle in to her new environment and help her to brave the big world that will open up to her.
✂️ DEFERRED DESEXING
Polly is offered for adoption under ARK's Deferred Desexing Program, with desexing to take place when age appropriate in accordance with her adoption contract. The cost of desexing is included in the adoption fee, subject to terms and conditions.
🌏 INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS
We welcome interstate applications and are happy to assist with suitable transport options, quotes and travel arrangements. Distance need not be a barrier to the right home.

Adoption details
Dogs:
(1) The first step is to complete the online adoption application form at https://southerndownsark.com.au/apply-to-adopt/ Please answer all questions and include photos of your yard and fencing.
(2) All applications will be considered by our Adoption Team, following which a "meet and greet" will be offered to the top-ranking applicant.
(3) If the “meet and greet" is successful, the applicant may adopt the dog and take him or her home the same day.
(4) For successful interstate applicants, different arrangements may apply and will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Cats:
