Hi, my name is Golden and I'm a young adult cat looking for my forever home.

I'm a sweet boy, but I can be a little shy when meeting new people and exploring new places. Because of this, I would do best in a quiet and calm home with no children under 6 years old. New environments can feel a bit overwhelming for me, so I'll need some time to settle in and build my confidence.

When I first come home, my friends recommend setting up a launch room for me where I can feel safe and secure during my first few days. Please be patient with me and let me adjust at my own pace. I may take some time to come out of my shell, so please don't push me. A little understanding, patience, and kindness will go a long way in helping me feel comfortable.

Once I know I'm safe and start to relax, you'll see my true personality shine. I'm a really sweet, playful boy who enjoys spending time with my people and having fun. With a little time and love, I'm sure I'll make a wonderful companion.
