🐾 Meet Lucy – A Friendly Girl Who Loves Everyone 🐾

Lucy is an incredibly friendly, affectionate girl who loves people of all ages and sizes. She’s the sort of dog who seems to think everyone she meets is a potential new best friend, and she’ll happily soak up as much human company as she can get. After growing up with children, she’s used to family life and all the activity that comes with it.

Lucy enjoys her daily walks and has a medium energy level. She’s usually playful in the afternoon and settles down for a snooze at night. She walks well on lead, has good recall and knows several commands, including sit, lie down and speak. She even waits for her dinner until she hears the magic word! She has good house manners and is toilet trained, although she may have the occasional accident if left too long or overnight.

Lucy is very social with other dogs and could enjoy having a canine companion, although a home where she receives plenty of human attention would also suit her well. She’s generally fine with other animals, but her compatibility with cats is uncertain. She can occasionally dig in sandy patches or existing holes in the garden, but otherwise is a well-mannered girl.

Lucy does have seasonal skin allergies, which are managed with oclacitinib when needed.

Sadly, Lucy’s family has reached a point where full-time work, school and sporting commitments mean she isn’t getting as much attention and exercise as they would like for her. They’re making the difficult decision to find her a home where she can enjoy more company, regular walks and perhaps a little more room to explore.
