About Nellie
Meet Nellie, a special cat who is looking for a dedicated and experienced owner. Nellie thrives best as the sole pet in a home without children, in a calm and predictable indoor-only environment.
Nellie likes her interactions with her humans to be on her terms and needs a family that understands and respects her boundaries. When she feels safe and comfortable with you, she becomes a loving companion. She's confident, affectionate, and playful. Providing her with a secure space where she feels safe is essential for her well-being.
With a deep love for food, Nellie appreciates a routine that includes meals at regular times. While she may be a bit on the independent side, with some patience and understanding she will bring a lot of love and joy into her new families lives.

Medical notes
Noisy breathing and mouth breathing at times of stress.
Blocked nostril and tear ducts.
Missing upper incisor teeth and right upper canine tooth has been extracted.
Future care and health requirements:
Keep in a calm and stress-free environment. Eye discharge will be permanent and ongoing. Clean as required.
Adoption details
We run by appointment, preferably all members of the household to come meet the animal you are wanting to adopt.
If you own another dog, you must bring them along to make sure all dogs get along.
As our goal is to adopt animals out from the shelter into loving homes as fast as possible, multiple bookings may be made for the same animal.
We are not able to hold any animals for any reason.
As such, there is a possibility that the animal you may have found a forever home before your appointment. If this is the case we will inform you by phone call as soon as possible.

Sat- 9am-12:30pm - Dogs Only
