About Sassy - 4 Month Old American Staffy X
🐾 Meet Sassy – Sassy by Name, Sassy by Nature! 🐾
True to her name, Sassy is a confident, spirited little puppy with a playful streak and a whole lot of love to give. If you're looking for a fun-loving companion who can keep you smiling and then curl up for cuddles at the end of the day, Sassy could be your perfect match.
💖 Playful & Energetic
Sassy is packed full of puppy energy and loves nothing more than a game of chase with her canine friends. She enjoys running, playing, and exploring, making every day an adventure.
🥰 Affectionate & Cuddly
After a busy day of play, Sassy transforms into a cuddle bug. She loves snuggling up with her favourite humans in the evening and is always ready to hand out plenty of puppy kisses.
🛏️ Great Crate Companion
Sassy sleeps beautifully in her crate at night, happily curling up with her favourite toy for comfort. Her crate is a safe and cosy space where she settles well.
🎓 Learning the Ropes
Like all young puppies, Sassy is still learning. Her toilet training is progressing well, and with consistency, patience, and positive training, she's sure to master it in no time.
👧 Family Life
Sassy has shown she loves children aged 8 years and older and enjoys being part of family activities. She has not been tested with cats or other pocket pets.
🐕 Companion Dog Preferred
Sassy can be left during the day when she has another friendly dog to keep her company. She has not yet been left completely on her own, so a home with a canine companion or someone home more often than not would be ideal while she continues to build confidence and independence.
❤️ Sassy's Ideal Home
Sassy would thrive in a loving family home that can provide:
🐶 Plenty of playtime and enrichment
🐶 Ongoing training and socialisation
🐶 A secure yard to explore and do zoomies
🐶 Lots of affection and cuddles
🐶 A friendly resident dog for companionship
Sassy is a delightful mix of fun, affection, and puppy mischief. She'll reward her new family with endless love, laughter, and plenty of sweet puppy kisses. Could Sassy be the missing piece of your family? 🐾💕
Sassy will grow up to be a medium to large sized dog. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training.
It would be a big plus if you have a friendly and patient adult dog as a teacher, companion and playmate for Sassy. If you don't have another dog to keep her company, then there should be someone in the household that doesn't work full time.
Sassy needs to be welcomed inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. She will be wonderful family dog and is suitable for children 8 years and older. You need good, secure fencing with no gaps. She can't go to rural fencing (eg: wire).
Sassy’s adoption fee is $800 which includes her desexing when she is old enough. It also includes her first two vaccinations. She has been treated for fleas and worms, and is microchipped.
Sassy is in foster care in Mardi, Central Coast, NSW. Since she is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to the Lower Hunter region (Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, Maitland and Cessnock) plus Central Coast and Sydney. She'll need to be returned to one of our approved vets for desexing when she's 5 to 6 months old.
