The name's Doug. Just Doug. And at five months old, this handsome Labrador lad is already making quite the impression!

Doug is a proper little gentleman. Polite, charming and an absolute fan of his fellow canines, he's the kind of puppy who makes you think, "Wow, Labradors really are wonderful!"

But before you start picturing a perfectly behaved adult dog lounging peacefully at your feet, we have a little reminder...

DOUG IS STILL A PUPPY!

And with adolescence just around the corner, that sweet little gentleman could soon become a giant, gangly teenager who temporarily forgets everything he's ever learned!

Doug is looking for a family who won't be fooled by his current good manners. He needs people committed to continuing his reward-based training, positive socialisation and enrichment as he grows into a big, enthusiastic Labrador.

With his love of other dogs, Doug would enjoy opportunities to build on his canine social skills through positive, well-managed interactions. He'll also need help learning that not every dog he spots is an invitation to party!

Doug has all the makings of a wonderful companion, but even gentlemen need guidance through their teenage years!
