About Zeira
Meet Zeira, a charming Scottish Terrier with a heart full of love and a personality that shines. At approximately four years old and weighing a sturdy 10.4kg, she's the perfect size for companionship without feeling too imposing. Zeira walks well on a collar and lead, making her an ideal partner for leisurely strolls around the neighbourhood. While she responds to recall most of the time, her curious nature might encourage a little more exploration than obedience.
Zeira is a bundle of social joy, proving to be friendly with both male and female humans, and she’s done well with other smaller dogs at the shelter. Her interactions are filled with warmth and enthusiasm, making her a delightful addition to gatherings and family moments. Although she hasn't been tested with cats, she's the kind of dog with enough charm to potentially make new friends across the species spectrum.
This lovely dog has a sweet spot for treats, making her quite trainable and eager to please. Zeira's bright personality is only enhanced by her love for tasty rewards, which would make training sessions with her a fun and rewarding experience for both of you.
For those looking for an affectionate and social companion, Zeira offers the kind of companionship that fills a home with warmth and wagging tails. Whether it's a walk to the park or a cozy moment at home, Zeira is ready to become a beloved member of your family.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
