🐾 Meet Joyce – A Little Soul Learning to Trust 💕
Joyce hasn’t had the easiest start to life, and as a result, she is a very fearful girl who is still learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. The good news is that she’s slowly coming out of her shell and beginning to show more of her beautiful personality.
Joyce loves being close to her foster mum and is happy to sit nearby, enjoying her company, even though she isn’t quite ready for pats just yet. She’s a girl who needs patience, understanding and, most importantly, the freedom to build trust at her own pace. With time and kindness, we hope she’ll learn that human hands can bring love and comfort.
She absolutely loves playing with the other cats and can often be found snoozing on the back of the couch, keeping an eye on everything around her. Joyce also has a rather adorable and unusual way of eating – she scoops her food up with her paws! It’s just one of those little quirks that makes her so special. 🐱
Joyce would be best suited to a calm, understanding home without young children, where her anxiety can be managed and she can feel safe and secure. She will need a family who understands that love sometimes means giving a cat the space and time she needs to flourish.

Please head to our adoption page on our website www.furkidsrescue.com.au/adoption and complete an application form. We can then contact you to arrange a private Meet n' Greet.
Clients can also attend Adoptions Days where a Meet N' Greet can take place.
If all goes well a contract must then be signed and the animal can them be taken home in a secure carrier.
All Cats and Kittens are desexed, up to date vaccinated, microchipped and flea and worm treated.
