Beanie is a sweet 2 year old girl who just needs a little extra time and patience to let her personality shine. She can be shy around new people and will take some time to feel safe. After spending some time with loving foster carers, she is learning that new people can be okay and are generally good for getting pats from.

Beanie's foster carers have let us know that she loves gentle pats from the comfort of her safe place. She can get overstimulated quite easily, so she appreciates a calm, quiet environment where she can take things at her own pace. She enjoys affection, but prefers to keep all four paws firmly on the floor.

Beanie will thrive with someone who understands that trust takes time and is happy to let her make the first move. With patience, gentle interactions and a peaceful home, she has the potential to grow in confidence and build a beautiful bond with her people.
