Meet Trouble,
With a name like Trouble, you'd be forgiven for expecting a troublemaker with a long list of questionable life choices.
This gentle girl is far more interested in collecting cuddles than causing chaos, and she's got a rather adorable habit of leaning into you for affection. She's generally a relaxed girl who enjoys a bit of downtime, although she's always happy to pop over and say hello. She's clever too, already knowing how to sit and beginning to learn how to lie down. So far, the only trouble we've found is that she's making it awfully difficult not to fall in love with her!
Despite her bold name, Trouble is a sensitive little soul who's still working on finding her confidence. She's curious about other dogs and would love to be brave enough to make friends, but she tends to get a little overwhelmed. For now, she'd be happiest as the only dog in the home, with a patient family who can help her build confidence through gentle, positive experiences. A calm environment would suit her beautifully, and she's open to meeting children, too. Trouble doesn't need someone to rush her or push her out of her comfort zone - just someone who understands that she just needs a little encouragement. And who knows? With the right family by her side, the only trouble she'll be getting into is stealing hearts!

Post Adoption Life:
With all animals it’s important to understand that going into a new environment with new people may not be as seamless as we want it to be. It’s important to know that these animals have unknown histories - most are left in the shelter by their owners. The information we have is from observing the animal’s behaviours & reactions to certain stimuli whilst in our care. Adopted animals can take up to 3 months to properly decompress from post-shelter life & a lot of behaviours & quirks may surface during this time. All that we ask is that their new owners have an open mind & are patient.
