About Shadow
Meet Shadow,
Shadow is a sweet and affectionate boy who is ready to find a loving home of his own. He enjoys spending time with his people, soaking up gentle attention, and relaxing close by while you go about your day. With his calm nature and loving personality, Shadow is a wonderful companion who is sure to steal your heart.
Shadow is FIV-positive, but he doesn't let that slow him down. Like many FIV-positive cats, he can enjoy a long and happy life with regular veterinary care, good nutrition, and an indoor-only lifestyle.
This handsome boy may be okay living with other calm, cat-social pets pending a slow and carefully managed introduction. Shadow may also be suited to a home with calm, cat-savvy older children who understand how to interact respectfully with cats and can give him the time and space he needs to settle in.
If you're looking for a gentle, loving companion with plenty of affection to give, Shadow could be the perfect addition to your family.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
