About Daph
Meet Daph, a spirited and vibrant little Jack Russell Terrier mix with a heart full of love and energy! This excitable girl is always ready to brighten your day with her boundless enthusiasm and outgoing nature. Born just before the holiday season, she is akin to a perpetual ball of joy wrapped in fur, bringing cheer and affection to everyone she meets. Her zest for life is truly contagious, and she has a magical way of turning ordinary moments into joyous occasions.
Daph might pull on the leash during walks and can be easily distracted, but she is full of adventure and keen on exploring the world around her. If you have an active lifestyle, she would love joining you on all your adventures, with some training made fun with her love for treats.
Her friendly and outgoing demeanor means she adores pats and any attention directed her way, and she won’t hesitate to jump up for a cuddle or two. While she gets along with some dogs, she might not be the best fit for a home with cats due to her instinctual chase behavior.
Daph is looking for a loving family who appreciates her lively spirit and can provide her with plenty of companionship and play. With her in your life, you can look forward to endless affection, laughter, and cherished moments. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to welcome a joyful wag and an enthusiastic pup into your home?

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
