About Freddy
Freddy is a 6 year-old (or maybe older?), Labrador mix - previously a rescue boy 💔
He is a very independent fellow.
Freddy is loyal and would make a great companion.
He needs a calm and stable home where his humans will give him direction to help him make decisions. He can be a protector but we need to show him we are ok.
Freddy loves his yard time.
Freddy would be best as only pet - he once lived with other dogs but this has changed after recent trauma.
He would suit a home where the children are 12 yrs or over and has minimum of 1.5m (5ft) fences.
Freddy is a loving, beautiful boy who is very lost at the moment (he must be thinking why has he been abandoned - currently staying at kennels 💔 ).
Can you give Freddy the loving home he deserves?

Adoption details
We list animals for adoption on Pet Rescue as well as on our own Animals-in-Need-Brisbane website. We talk with people who contact about an animal to see what their needs and situation are. Our emphasis is on getting the right animal for the people and the right people for the animal. If everyone's needs are met things usually work out well.
If the situation sounds good we arrange a meeting. If all goes well we let people try the animal out for a couple of weeks to ensure that everyone is happy.
We keep records of all adopters, follow up to ensure all is well and undertake to take back any animal if circumstances change.
