About Otis
Otis is a very sweet boy waiting for his forever home, and he comes with one very useful instruction manual: chin scratches and snacks will get you far.
He loves people, but he likes a little time to decide that new ones are safe. Once you’re in, though, he’s a gentle, affectionate guy who’s very happy to hang out, accept scratches, and keep a close eye on anything edible.
Food is a major passion. Treats are even better. If you’re hoping to make a good first impression, Otis recommends arriving with both.
We believe that, with a slow introduction, he could be suitable for a family with children. He may also be okay with a calm, friendly resident cat who isn’t going to rush him.
Otis can still get spooked, and when that happens his first instinct is to bolt, so he’ll need a secure property and someone cat-experienced who can help him settle in safely.
He’s got the sweet nature, the excellent chin, and a very healthy appreciation for snacks.
Now he just needs somewhere to call home.
