About Ferb
Ferb is a beautiful black cat with a big personality, a gentle nature and so much love to give. He’s the kind of boy who makes himself part of your everyday life, whether that’s keeping you company while you work, curling up beside you or simply being close enough to see what you’re up to.
This gorgeous boy came to us from a research facility and has been discovering all the wonderful things that come with living in a home. When he first arrived in foster care, he was a little timid and preferred the safety of hiding under the bed. But it didn’t take long for his confidence to grow, and the affectionate, curious and wonderfully entertaining boy we know today began to emerge.
Ferb absolutely adores human company. He’s a lovely little companion who enjoys being involved in whatever you’re doing. He’ll happily keep you company in the office, follow you around the house and greet you with a sweet little chirp when you catch his eye. He’s a boy who really enjoys having his people around.
He’s also discovered the joy of toys, and watching him play is an absolute delight. One of his favourite things is chasing his little bell ball, proudly picking it up and carrying it around. He’s also a big fan of wand toys and loves spending time playing with his humans.
When playtime is over, Ferb is more than happy to settle in for some affection. He loves a cuddle and a good pat, although he does have his own ideas about where the best spot for those cuddles might be! Sometimes it’s your lap, sometimes it’s stretched out comfortably nearby. Either way, he’s never too far from the people he loves.
One of the loveliest things about Ferb is seeing just how far he’s come. That once shy little boy has blossomed into a confident, affectionate and curious cat who is even happy to come and investigate when visitors arrive.
Ferb really is a special boy. He’s sweet, loving, playful and full of character, with a wonderful ability to make even the most ordinary moments a little more enjoyable.
He’s ready for a family of his own, somewhere he can continue to enjoy all the comforts of home, be thoroughly adored and give all that love right back.
We think whoever welcomes Ferb into their life is going to be very lucky indeed.

Adoption details
1. Fill Out Our Form
Enter as much information as possible so we can match the right animal to your needs and expectations, choose a form below that relates to either cat or dog.
2. Email & Phone Interview
A Beagle Freedom representative will assess and reply to your application via email, a phone interview and meeting will be arranged if all goes well.
3. House Check & Introductions
We bring the beagle to your home to meet your family and pets and to check the suitability of the fencing.
4. Trial Period & Final Adoption
If all goes well, we leave the beagle with you on a trial period. If the trial goes well and everyone is happy – in particular, the animals, then we process the paperwork and transfer ownership to you.
