About Biscuit
Hi, I'm Biscuit!
I have a little old man face, but don't let it fool you. Underneath this grumpy exterior, I'm a goofy, floppy, belly-up snuggle bug who would very much like a neck scratch, please.
My spatial awareness is a work in progress, so I'm a little clumsy and fall off things sometimes. I sit in strange positions and I still haven't quite figured out what to do with my kitty claws. But my foster family finds all of this very entertaining and love watching me learn!
I love feathery wand toys and birdwatch from the windowsill. I am happy on my own during the work day, and I'm not fussy about much beyond wanting a calm, stable home with someone kind.
I came into foster care a little shy, but found my confidence quickly and have become more affectionate as I've gone. When I'm feeling social, I'll flop over for a belly rub, sit on your lap, or gently rest a paw on you while you're getting on with your day. I'm not overly chatty, but I've been getting a bit more vocal as I settle in and figure out what I like!
What I'd love is a person who'll see past my grumpy face and appreciate the slightly clumsy, deeply affectionate cat with a lot of love to give underneath. Could that be you?

Beagle Freedom Cats have all been rescued from research environments, and their early life experiences are very different from most rescue cats. This shapes how they view the world, and how they interact with new people and places. When you give a BFA cat a chance, you’re saving their life and helping create space for the next research cat to be rescued.
