Chungus

Meet Chungus - AKA Mr Chonky AKA Chuck Norris.

While in care, Chungus was fostered with mum and his siblings. The foster carer has described him as smart little legend who is learning so quickly! In foster, he was the more independent pup who would love to play, partiuclarly with Bowie, and then would take himself to bed when he was all tuckered out! This goes to show Chungus is going to b an intelligent young man as he continues to grow, he would love nothing more than a family who can guide him into that direction.

In foster, Chungus was the biggest and quickly realised this was the case. He LOVES is food, perhaps a bit too much (very understandable). His food motivation and smartness are a perfect combination for training, which Chungus would highly benefit from as he continues to learn the ropes of the big wide world. Puppies are a big committment, Chungus is looking for his forever best friend where he can be your right hand man and the best companion you could ask for.

Chungus will fit perfectly into a family household, therefore is suitable for a primary aged and older home. He may also go home to a dog friend, so if you have a best buddy at home already, bring them in and we can introduce them!

The foster carer mentions that Chungus is "just going to be such a boy
dog, loyal, idependant and loving on his schedule". If you think that this sounds like a great match for you, then come and meet him at our North Melbourne shelter!
