Kathy Griffin

Kathy Griffin has the glamorous ginger hair, the famous name and just a little bit of star quality. But unlike her celebrity namesake, this gorgeous girl prefers getting to know her audience before putting on a show.

This beautiful fluffy girl arrived at our shelter as a stray, and she's already shown us her lovely, affectionate side. She enjoys a gentle smooch and has even been spotted rolling over, showing off that gorgeous ginger fluff. It's a pretty adorable sight, although a little reminder that rolling over doesn't necessarily mean she's requesting a belly rub!

Kathy is friendly, but she's also a girl who appreciates her personal space. She's not necessarily the type to welcome a hundred pats from someone she's only just met. Give her a little time to warm up, let her approach when she's ready, and you'll have a much better chance of seeing her sweet personality shine. She simply likes to get acquainted before the full fan club arrives.

At just one year old, Kathy has so much ahead of her. She's looking for a loving home where she can feel comfortable, enjoy affection at her own pace and have someone appreciate her beautiful fluffy coat. A little patience, some gentle attention and perhaps a cosy spot fit for a star are all excellent ways to win this lovely girl's heart.

We encourage you to come and meet Kathy Griffin at our North Melbourne shelter as soon as possible, as our cats cannot be placed on hold.
