Meet Sapphire, a beautiful blue Greyhound with a gentle nature and a whole lot of love to give! She adores her humans and enjoys the simple pleasures in life, from having a good zoomie session to stretching out for a well-earned snooze. Sapphire can be quite exuberant when playing with other dogs, but once the fun is over, she is a couch potato at heart who loves to relax and recharge. She is the perfect mix of playful energy and laid-back Greyhound charm!

Sapphire has started her training and socialisation journey and is eager to keep learning. She really wants to please and, with patience, gentle guidance and plenty of reassurance, she will continue to grow in confidence. Sapphire is looking for a calm, quiet home with someone who understands that she may need time to settle in and discover the world at her own pace. We ask for a one-month "foster to adopt" period, giving us all time to ensure that I can adapt to your home. When adopting a greyhound from RSPCA Tasmania, you will receive a special orange collar, which has your dog's unique number on it. Please make sure your grey wears that collar when out and about for a walk.
