About Jacko
Approx. 25kg
• Well-mannered and affectionate boy
• Great with other dogs
• Knows basic commands
• Best suited to a home without cats
Jacko is a lovely, well-balanced boy with a beautiful temperament. He is friendly with both people and other dogs, while also being confident enough to happily wander off and do his own thing when out and about. He has clearly had training in the past and walks beautifully on lead, responding well to a number of basic commands.
Jacko was sadly returned to our care due to separation anxiety, so he is looking for a home where someone is around for much of the day or where his time alone can be built up gradually. With patience, routine and understanding, we believe he will continue to thrive in the right environment.
Jacko is looking for a loving family who will include him as part of their everyday life and continue providing him with the companionship he enjoys. He cannot live with cats but would make a wonderful addition to a home looking for a loyal, well-mannered companion.

Save-A-Dog Scheme operates as an adoption agency for our dogs and cats. We spend a substantial amount of time getting to know our animals and we try to match each animal's needs with the new home's needs. We don't work on the same principle as purchasing from a shop or on a 'first come first served' basis. When you visit us, you can be sure we'll do our best to work with you to help find the right companion animal for your home and lifestyle.
