Adventure buddy seeks forever home

Buzz is a friendly, confident greyhound who loves meeting people. He is calm and gentle around adults and older children, and gets along very well with dogs of all sizes. He can become excited when greeting new people and may jump up to say hello, so he is best suited to a home without small children or elderly family members who may be unsteady on their feet.

Inside the home, Buzz is a well mannered companion. He is toilet trained, shows no destructive behaviour and settles beautifully through the night. He handles household appliances with ease, is confident on stairs and shiny floors, and is completely unfazed by the TV or radio. He truly takes everything in his stride.

Buzz is a good eater and he is happy for you to be near him while he eats. He can manage being alone for up to two hours, though he has not been tested for longer periods as his foster carers work from home. He would do best with a family who is around for much of the day.

Out and about, Buzz is a pleasure. He walks nicely on the lead, hops into the car on his own and settles down for the ride. He is calm around busy roads, shopping strips, groups of children and bikes. With a moderate energy level and a confident, easygoing nature, Buzz is ready to bring joy and warmth to his forever home.

Buz is not cat or pocket pet tolerant.
