About Nutmeg
Nutmeg is a beautiful and shy girl who is looking for a calm, understanding home where she can settle in at her own pace. She enjoys attention on her terms and can often be found relaxing close to her favourite people. Playful and curious, Nutmeg also enjoys interactive games and enrichment that allow her to express her natural feline instincts. Nutmeg would thrive with adopters who appreciate cat body language and can provide gentle, predictable interactions along with a consistent daily routine. This lovely girl may be well suited to a home with teenagers or adults who can respect her boundaries and help her feel secure. With patience, enrichment and understanding, Nutmeg is sure to become a wonderful and rewarding companion.
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
