Wham Bam

Wham Bam might have a name that sounds like she's ready to take on the world, and in her own special way, she absolutely is!

This adorable little tortoiseshell is only ten weeks old, with a whole lifetime of playing, exploring and discovering ahead of her.

Wham Bam is a little different from her sisters. She has reduced vision in both eyes and reduced hearing, so she experiences the world in her own way, relying particularly on her sense of smell to understand her surroundings. But that doesn't mean she has to miss out on all the wonderful things that come with being a kitten! She's still a playful little girl with plenty of growing and learning ahead of her.

Her new family will need to keep her strictly indoors to protect her from accidents and other dangers. A safe, predictable home where her food, litter tray and favourite resting spots stay in familiar places will help her navigate confidently. Gentle interactions, patience and plenty of opportunities to explore safely will make a world of difference.

Wham Bam may experience life a little differently, but she's just as deserving of all the love, fun and comfort of a wonderful home. She's looking for someone who can appreciate what makes her special and help her enjoy every little adventure along the way.

We encourage you to come and meet Wham Bam at our North Melbourne shelter as soon as possible, as our cats cannot be placed on hold.
