About Ralph (Assisted Rehome)
Hi, I’m Ralph! 💜
I’m a 7 month old Great Dane mix, and while I’m already a pretty big boy, I’m still very much a puppy at heart.
My favourite place to be is wherever my people are. I’m a big cuddle bug, and I haven’t quite worked out that being Great Dane sized means I’m probably not technically a lap dog. If there’s a lap available though, I’m willing to give it a try!
I’m a friendly, social boy and have spent time with medium through to XL dogs. I absolutely love a good play and sometimes I can get a little carried away, but I take corrections from other dogs well and am learning when it’s time to tone things down. A home with another playful dog would be a great match for me.
I’m also currently living around cats and small children and have been doing well with both. Because I’m a big, growing puppy who sometimes forgets just how much dog there is of me, my new family will need to keep helping me learn my manners around the little people.
I already know some basic commands, but I’m still young, so I’m looking for a family who is committed to continuing my training and helping me grow into the lovely big gentleman I’m meant to be. Someone who understands Great Danes or other large breeds would be a bonus.
If you’re looking for a big-hearted, goofy, affectionate boy who just wants to be part of the family, I think we might get along pretty well. 🐾💜

If you would like to express interest in adopting, please tell us a little about yourself, your family and home, and what you can offer one of our babies.
An Adoption Questionnaire will automatically be emailed to you after you enquire and must be completed as part of our adoption process. This helps us get to know you and the home you can offer. If renting, proof of approval for an animal at the property will need to be sighted, or a rates notice if you own your home.
Our aim is to find the best possible match for each of our animals, not simply first in, best dressed. Suitable applications will be passed on to the foster carer, and if we feel you may be the right match, you will be contacted by phone.
