About Tuesday
Meet delightful Tuesday who was a constant companion to her housebound late owner since she was a puppy. Tuesday was surrendered to DCH as she was very sad and alone during the day.
Tuesday is up to date with all vaccinations and would suit a home where she is happiest when her owner is nearby and more home than not, and there is another canine companion. Tuesday does have separation anxiety at present.
Tuesday is a true lap dog and has always snuggled and slept with her person on the bed so assistance getting her onto and off the bed would be required. Tuesday weighs approximately 7kgs. Tuesday previously used a heavy cube to get on and off the bed.
Tuesday enjoys a healthy diet, a mixture of raw and cooked quality food.
Tuesday is toilet trained as long as the doggie door is open. She will take a little while to get used to a new home as she never left her original home.
Whilst Tuesday has not been socialised, she gets excited being introduced to other dogs whilst being out and about. Tuesday walks well on loose lead for around half an hour, however as she has previously not walked any great distance, this will improve with time.
Tuesday will need a patient and gentle family to enable her to thrive in the next phase of her life.
If you would like to meet Tuesday, please send her carer an email (preferred) so we can arrange a meet and greet. Consideration will be given to interested persons who have a medium sized yard for Tuesday to explore, a home here Tuesday has indoor and outdoor access, someone who is home most/all of the time, able to continue good feeding and able to accommodate any expenses she may incur in the future.
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.
