About Johnny Cash
Some puppies are born with a sense of adventure, and Johnny Cash is leading the charge. This handsome medium mixed-breed boy is convinced life is meant to be lived at full speed, with as many friends as possible by his side.
Whatever breeds make up Johnny Cash's family tree, we're certain he inherited the very best qualities from all of them. He's friendly, people-focused, endlessly enthusiastic, and always ready to brighten someone's day with his cheerful outlook on life. Whether he's joining you for an adventure, soaking up attention, or making new canine friends, Johnny approaches every opportunity with his trademark zest.
As you'd expect from a young pup, Johnny is still learning a few of life's finer details. He absolutely loves other dogs and is always excited to play, though he's still working on the art of polite puppy manners and remembering that not every dog appreciates being greeted with maximum enthusiasm. Because of this, he'd thrive in a home with a confident, well-mannered older dog who can show him the ropes and help him learn the secrets of being a respectable member of society.
Johnny Cash is looking for a family ready to embrace all the fun, chaos, laughter, and love that comes with raising a puppy. With patience, guidance, and plenty of positive experiences, this charming young lad is sure to grow into a wonderful companion.
If your home is missing a four-legged best friend with a heart as big as his personality, Johnny Cash might just be your perfect match. 🐾

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
